These appointments are safe and secure and will allow you to progress your rehab while symptoms resolve.

Chiropractic
A chiropractor is trained to diagnose and treat the spine, nervous system, and associated muscle and fascia structures through a variety of manual therapy techniques for the purpose of modulating pain, improving mobility and restoring function. Chiropractors can treat conditions ranging from the spine to the extremities. A typical first visit will include assessment, education about your diagnosis, hands on treatment and home care exercises designed to get you back to what you love.
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy assists in the treatment of health issues ranging from arthritis to fibromyalgia to MS. Massage is an effective treatment for conditions such as sports injury, whiplash, tendinitis, muscular strains and postural dysfunctions. It can be an effective complement to either physiotherapy or chiropractic treatments, providing hands-on time for restoring soft tissue injuries and addressing compensatory areas of the body. Massage is also wonderful for the expecting mother. It is a drug-free alternative to reduce the many discomforts that may come along with a pregnancy.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized kind of physical therapy to relieve the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction and help the muscles work the way they should. Our Pelvic floor physiotherapist will address urinary incontinence, pre-partum and post-partum concerns.
